This is the finished design model for my “Modern Dictionary: Forever” piece. Here’s the details on this fabulous piece:

• The cross stitched portion is stitched in a brown floss on a hand-dyed pale yellow fabric, and has padding behind it to give it a raised “cushy” look

• The cross stitched piece was then attached to a handmade, stained wooden board.

• The “hooks” are embellished with handmade polymer clay coffee beans

• The finished piece measures approximately 10-1/4” wide x 10” high and the “hooks” protrude about 1-1/2” from the board

• There is a sawtooth hook on the back for hanging

As this piece was specially designed and handcrafted for my model, you won’t find another one like it!
