Shipping + Returns
At this time, Stitchnmomma ships within the United States only, via the USPS. Unfortunately due to many lost international packages over the years, we will no longer ship to any other countries. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing checkout. If you think you have made a mistake and you have not received a shipping notification yet, please let email email@example.com ASAP so shipping information can be adjusted before the package is sent. In the event of package being “returned to sender”, the buyer is responsible for any additional charges for reshipment.
As we are a small business, every effort will be made to have your package shipped within 5-7 business days from the time payment is received, in most cases sooner.
Stitchnmomma LLC is not responsible for packages damaged or lost in transit. If you’d like to purchase insurance or arrange for a different carrier.

Returns and/or exchanges are not accepted. Please make sure to read product descriptions, dimensions, and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase.
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product (with the exception of damages incurred during shipping) a refund may be possible. Please contact email@example.com within 3 days of receiving your purchase with images and a description of the damage. Before a refund is possible, the defective product must be returned in it’s original condition and packaging. Return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
